There is American Airlines Reservations for international first-class cabin which is offered only in the airline’s Boeing 777-300ERs. The seats can fully lie-flat and offer direct aisle access during a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone configuration.

Like the airline’s other premium cabins, the First class offers a wide range of food and beverage options, larger seats, and more amenities at certain airports, e.g., premium lounge access.
